In a simple, easy to follow, and systematic way we will co-create a personal health action plan based on your unique starting place that can address your specific needs. We take an integrated approach across a broad spectrum of lifestyle dimensions including nutrition, mobility, fitness/rest balance, sleep, stress management, sun, play and enrichment.
The goal is straightforward even while the biological mechanisms are complex.

12 week Health Coaching
The 12 week program offers a highly personalized, holistic health coaching program that gives you 1:1 support to achieve your health and wellness goals. We will cocreate a health action plan and evolve it as needed while we work to implement it in your daily life. The goal is to empower you to be your own coach going forward and know how to confidently take charge of your own health and wellness.

Run Specific 1:1
The Run Specific plan is an ongoing monthly coaching program tailored to your specific running goals. Prepping for a big race? A large wilderness adventure? Or just looking to incorporate running as a sustainable and lifelong pursuit? This is the plan for you.

One Hour Consultation
This is a good way to test the waters and ask an expert some specific questions you might have. It is best for the curious who are not sure what they need yet or as ongoing support for those in need.
